Terms and Conditions



All work is guaranteed for 12 months as long as caravan/motorhome is only used as the manufacturer intended.

Parts are guaranteed as per manufacturers guarantee.



All parts remain the property of Caravan & Motorhome Services North West Ltd until full payment is received. Payment is due in full on completion of all work carried out. Payments are made to Caravan & Motorhome Services North West Ltd.
All payments are dealt with the GDPR in mind.


All prices quoted are subject to change with out warning due to the nature of fault finding. CMS North West will try its best to provide as close as possible to a final price. If there is a price change we will try to inform you while we are doing the work but this is not always feasible


Please ensure you are in and have access to the caravan or motor-home at the time agreed if a mobile visit is booked. If you are dropping it off please be on site with the caravan or motor-home (and access to it) at the time given. Any length of time given is subject to change as is the nature of repair work.



Caravans/Motorhomes left at the workshop are left at the owners risk. Caravan & Motohome Services North West Ltd will not be held responsible for any caravans/motorhomes or any belongings left on the premises. Please check with your insurance company that your caravan/motorhome has adequate cover with your insurance company whilst on our premises. Premises being : Unit 5, Chapel House Farm, Gill Lane, Longton, Preston PR4 4SR.

Caravan & Motorhome Services North west Ltd will not be held responsible for any mechanical failure that would arise whilst the vehicle is on our premises



Any parts needed to be ordered are sourced from a variate of locations but at CMS North West we will try to get the most reasonable priced parts and equipment. The price of parts will be included in the final bill and must be paid in full at the same time. Any warranty for the parts is held with the manufacturer and not with CMS North West



Any and all photos taken by CMS North West are property of CMS North West and maybe used in anyway for example promotional material and social media.

Abusive Behaviour To Staff

We have a zero tolerance to bad behaviour to any of our staff. We do understand that your caravan or motor-home is a valued commodity and often the basis of your holidays. Please understand that there is a lot of technicalities to repair work in all industries.

Feedback and Reviews

In the world of social media with hard hitting reviews that can be seen by thousands we would request that any issues or situations be taken up with the manager of CMS North West before any negative review is given. We will try to help and resolve any issues you may have or explain the situations and the reason that lead to it.
