If there has been an accident or if it was a fault that has caused issues with your caravan or motor-home and you will be going through insurance, then give us a call. We will try to make this process as easy as possible for you as we know this can be a stressful situation.
- Contact your Insurance company – This is the first thing you will need to do. They likely give you a reference number. Take photos and have them ready to send over as sometimes this can be asked of you.
- Contact us – We will then need to assess the damage and work out a price for you that will either be sent directly to the insurer or to yourself to pass to the insurer.
- Once approved – We can order any parts and repair the damage to our usual high standard. We can provide pictures and details as we go if needed.
- Repaired – Once repaired and checked you will be able to take your caravan/motor-home and we will either hand the detailed invoice to yourself or to the insurer.
